In celebration, the TC69 center Grant complimentary water aerobics sessions to attendants at the rehabilitation wing. Spending the day at the Sterkr Krade pool, participants enjoyed energizing music and a diverse range of exercises.

Water acrobatics guidance provided in location TC69 for gymnasts

The TC69 has exciting news for those participating in its rehabilitation department - two additional dates have been announced for free water aerobics sessions this fall!

These sessions, set to take place at the indoor pool in Sterkrade, will offer a fun and engaging way for participants to continue their fitness journey. Lively music and varied exercises will keep things interesting, ensuring that everyone has a great time while getting a workout.

Mark your calendars! The first additional session will take place on October 15th, followed by the second on October 22nd. The indoor pool in Sterkrade will remain the venue for all water exercise sessions in the fall.

After the water aerobics sessions, participants will still have free time to swim leisurely for another half hour. This provides an opportunity for a relaxing cool-down and a chance to enjoy the pool at a more leisurely pace.

It's important to note that these announced dates are not the only opportunities for free water exercise this fall. The TC69 will continue to offer these sessions, encouraging and challenging participants throughout the season.
