Stuttgart police arrested a 28-year-old man on September 26, 2024, following a series of alarming incidents. The suspect's actions escalated from assault to threats, culminating in a chase and resistance against arrest.

The day's events began when the suspect approached an 18-year-old at a train station around 16:15. He questioned the teenager about drugs and caused him to flee in fear. The 18-year-old promptly notified the police. Earlier, the suspect had assaulted an e-scooter rider, punching him and causing him to fall and his e-scooter to collide with a vehicle. The suspect's aggressive behaviour continued when he was arrested in Daimlerstraße. He resisted arrest, spat at and insulted officers. After the police measures were completed, he was taken to a psychiatric clinic for evaluation.
