In a significant visit, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin travelled to Gorno-Altaisk from the 23rd to the 28th of July. Accompanied by Deputy Prime Ministers Dmitry Grigorenko, Alexei Overchuk, Marat Khusnullin, as well as Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov and Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko, Mishustin inspected a newly built hospital wing.

The hospital wing, under the 'Long and Active Life' national project, is equipped with advanced medical equipment. This includes operating and intensive care units, CT and ultrasound machines, and over 400 other devices. The visit and the hospital's details were reported by "Tolk".

During his visit, Mishustin also had the opportunity to see the modular reception ward, a key component of the 'Long and Active Life' national project. Andrei Turchaк made a statement about the modular reception ward in his Telegram channel. Altai Krai is the first region to have this modular reception ward.

In addition to inspecting the healthcare facilities, Mishustin also met with the heads of Altai Krai and the Altai Republic during his visit. The purpose of the visit was not only to review the progress of the 'Long and Active Life' national project but also to discuss the region's development and future plans.

Mishustin's itinerary during his visit to Gorno-Altaisk also included participating in the International Environmental Conference. The specifics of the conference and its agenda were not disclosed.

As for the minimum wage in Russia, while there have been periodic announcements about plans to raise the minimum wage to match inflation and improve living standards, there is currently no publicly available official plan explicitly setting the minimum wage to 35,000 rubles by 2030. The Russian government's specific plans for the minimum wage in the coming years remain to be seen.
