Law enforcement aggressively seeking a registered sex offender, utilizing surveillance cameras in the investigation.
In Harburg, Germany, four months ago, a 35-year-old woman was the victim of an attack on Ernst-Eger-Straße. The State Criminal Police Office is currently investigating the case, but without success so far.
The incident occurred at around 14:00 on October 5th. The suspect, who remains unknown, followed the victim off a Flixbus line 143, which was travelling from Harburg station to the 'Technische Universität Harburg' stop.
The suspect is described as being slim, with short black hair, and of Eastern European origin. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a light blue jeans, a black hooded sweater, and a black baseball cap.
A photo of the suspect, taken by a camera on the bus, has been released in the hope that it will help identify him. Witnesses with information about the suspect are asked to contact the State Criminal Police Office at 4286-56789.
The attacker gropped the woman and fled when she resisted. The search results do not provide the name of the suspect or any public information sources about him at this time.
The investigation is ongoing, but a photo of the suspect has been circulated in an effort to identify him. Anyone with information is urged to come forward and help the police in their search for the suspect.
