The inquiry was initiated due to a tussle between the accused and a former tenant at the end of June. The ex-tenant informed the police that the mentally disabled woman had resided in their dwelling until the start of the year, only to vanish mysteriously. During subsequent interrogations, the man also confessed to numerous physical assaults by the landlords on the victim.

Further investigation, witness testimonies, and financial probes led to the suspicion of capital punishment. Promptly arresting the property owners, authorities discovered substantial evidence and the remains of the victim within the house following a search.

Woman Reportedly Tortured and Mutilated for Months

The defendants reportedly tormented the victim mercilessly for several months prior to her demise, which occurred in early 2024. Following her death, the man allegedly dismembered her body and stowed it inside their residence. As of now, 17 additional hearing dates have been scheduled until the end of October.
