Cancer Crusaders- Bortezomib (powder for injection)- Docetaxel (20 mg/mL concentrate for IV infusion)- Lenvatinib (10 mg and 4 mg capsules)- Lenalidomide (7.5 mg and 20 mg capsules)- Paclitaxel (multiple formulations)

Diabetes Defenders- Saxagliptin (hydrochloride) + Dapagliflozin (propanediol monohydrate) (5 mg/10 mg film-coated tablets)(Note: Exact kidney disease-related diabetes meds aren't specified in the latest updates, but they are included in the overall exempt list)
