The 63-year-old's slender figure has been attributed to a multifaceted approach, which includes the use of Mounjaro, a weight loss injection commonly used by celebrities, and lifestyle modifications. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in January 2023, O'Donnell clarified that reducing weight was not her primary objective. Rather, she cited weight loss as a side effect of the treatment.
Divulging her weight loss secrets in a recent TikTok video, O'Donnell elaborated that she now cooks for herself and her son, Clay, consumes less sugar, and drinks more water. She attributed her diminished appetite to the medication and her increased physical activity.
Since January 2023, O'Donnell has been residing in Ireland with her 12-year-old son Clay. The U.S. political climate was cited as one of the factors for their relocation.
